Giving in Memory
Many of our supporters choose to pay tribute to a loved one by making a donation to the Peter Pan Centre. You may choose to hold a collection at their funeral or memorial service, or request donations in lieu of flowers.
It may be that you simply wish to remember them on a special date, anniversary or birthday and make donations through an online site such as MuchLoved.com. However you wish to do this, it creates a wonderful lasting legacy while supporting our children and families to have the best start in life. To discuss this further please call the fundraising team on 01782 715219 or email fundraising@thepeterpancentre.co.uk.We’d love to hear their story and what giving for them means to you.
You can also leave a gift in your Will. This is a lovely way to leave your own lasting legacy and help future generations of children with SEND. Gifts in Wills mean that you can make a huge difference to vulnerable families without it costing you a penny during your lifetime. There are various things to consider when making your Will and who to make it with, so please get in touch with us to discuss this further on 01782 715219. Once loved ones have been provided for, even just a little of what’s left can go a long way towards ensuring the Peter Pan Centre is here for local children and families for as long as they need us.
Giving in Celebration
Whether you are celebrating a birth or a retirement party, a wedding or religious festival, asking for donations instead of gifts is a really inspiring way for family and friends to mark your occasion and make it extra special by helping to make life better for children with SEND and their families.
You can donate online or create an ‘In Celebration’ page on Justgiving and then all you have to do is send the link to your family and friends. Celebrating a birthday? Why not ask for donations instead of sending cards and gifts. Or spread the love to our children on your wedding day by asking your wedding party to donate online instead of to a wedding gift list.

“My mother always said what marvellous work you do. She would be happy knowing that the Peter Pan Centre has received donations rather than flowers at her funeral.”
